Matthew Dowd Comes to COTR

Matthew Dowd Comes to COTR
You won't want to miss our program tomorrow, Wednesday, April 13, when ABC News Senior Political Analyst Matthew Dowd tells the club about "America and Texas in a Time of Great Disruption." Chief Strategist for Bush-Cheney 2004, Dowd regularly shares his views on politics with viewers of ABC's "This Week with George Stephanopolous" and "Good Morning America." Come and bring a friend!
Spring Fling Friday!
A reminder that the annual Spring Fling is this Friday, April 15, at Bill Davidson's home, 1714 Palma Plaza, 6:30-9:00 p.m. The theme is California Central Coast Wines under $25.
Mitch Mooney, wine consultant and purveyor at Twin Liquors Bee Cave, will curate this event. He has reserved three bottles apiece at the store and offers a 10% discount to the club. Bill Bednar will bring tasting notes for each of the wines on the list.
Remember that this is our annual Sustaining Member fundraiser, so please get your $100 check to Andrew at or before the event. Visitors are welcome. Feel free to invite a friend and introduce them to our club.
NOTE TO BOARD MEMBERS: Our April Board meeting will take place during the Spring Fling.
